As you’ve probably read my neurotic tweeting about walk-up interviews, I have sent out email packets for people to print off and go “meet and greet” the public so to speak. I am still having trouble finding 1 person for every country, so if you don’t live in the USA or if you will be traveling outside of the USA anytime soon and wish to participate, please let me know. Send me a DM or message to @Oceanchick99 letting me know your in, gimme your email, I will email you the packet and you’ll be good to go.

For an easy way to provide the interview videos, we prefer, you use Vimeo to upload your footage for us to download. Make it available to Laone Collins. Please do not make the videos public. See a screen shot of the privacy settings in Vimeo.

Starting Your Self Interview
To begin, state your name and your twitter id. You can state your state and/or country.
You can rant, rave, be comedic, be serious, hold up pictures, make an edited video, anything! It’s wide open. Be creative and have fun. All I ask is that it is well lit, in focus and that you are wearing clothes.
Below are a few things you may wish to speak about:

Unanimous is slowly reaching its first set of deadlines. A lot of time intensive research projects have been assigned and fingers are crossed that things come together with those. I have faith in all the wonderful people who have been working over the last months and look forward to receiving your research.
Please keep in mind that your deadlines are important because I cannot start on what I need to do until I get what YOU have done. For some of you, your research project is the 1st step in a long line of things that need to be done, so I am very dependent on your follow-through. I know each of you are and will try hard, and I am so appreciative. This is so not “my” documentary, this is OUR documentary. It is something for which we can Unanimously be proud. I know I am personally proud to be part of the unique twitter and facebook communities that have brought us all together. What a wonderful group of people, mostly strangers to each other, to have working together. It is awe inspiring. It is an incredible feat. The challenges, obstacles, and lack of budget makes this documentary something hand tailored for Guinness Book of World Records!!!
So….we have loads more work to do and we desperately need your help. Since this is not a 20 minute “we had fun at the shuttle launch” documentary but a historical first ever feature length social media based internationally collaborative volunteer based budget-less documentary, we have a lot more work to be done. I have done my best to make this documentary versatile and appeal to everyone in participating and viewing, not just people who like space, so if you are a space lover or not…you are welcome to participate. We want you to participate. You can make history with us. If we work together Unanimously, we can make this documentary viral and make a statement that people from all around the globe CAN come and work together in peace.
With that in mind, I’m ready to put-cha to work. Below are several projects that I know that at least one will appeal to someone.

For those who may not have access to library periodicals or scanners but have a webcam, microphone and voice, this project is for you. I would like to know how you feel about space exploration, the importance of it, if you are against it, whether your country participates in it, how your country advertises it, how the news/media in your country covers it or if it is rarely in the news. What is the general feeling you have about how people around you perceive work in space, manned space travel, internationally collaborating with other countries, etc. Does your country have strong national pride when it comes to space travel? General opinions that cover that variety of topics is what I need. The video must be well lit, have clean sound, done at a high quality, in focus, you must be wearing clothing. If you wish to participate in this project, please DM me your intentions and email address so that I can send you the official project specifications, etc.

Unanimous needs YOU…and your periodicals, newspapers, catalogs and junkmail!!! We are doing an homage to FrankFilm and need 10,000 images for the sequence. Yes, I said 10,000 TEN THOUSAND!!! :D This will undoubtedly be the most complicated shot in the entire documentary and for those of you who are unable to do research, art or music type projects or walk-up interviews, this project is for you. All you need is a wagon load of periodicals, scissors or box cutter, envelope and tenacity! Please, ask your friends and family to help. This is a perfect project to get the kids involved with. Anyone who helps will be given line credit in the documentary.
This will not be an easy project to complete. Some images will be easy to find, others more difficult, but we will need as many of the hard to find images as the others.

If you would like to participate on a project but have limited resources, this may work for you. Since the entire documentary is focused on international relations and space, I would like to have clippings (newspaper, magazine) of how your country views the importance of space. Not everyone feels the same even in the same city, so opposing views are welcome. If your country has a space program, how is it covered in the news? Is space a topic that gets a lot of coverage or is it a topic that rarely gets coverage? Scanning of the headlines, clippings, etc will work. If you don't have a scanner but have a video camera with sound or a microphone and webcam, you can make a video of yourself talking about it. You can hold up any periodicals and explain them on camera. Do you agree or disagree with how space is covered in your newsMessage or DM me of your intentions to work on this project along with your email address so that I can send you official project specifications.
